Senior Data Systems Analyst

About This Role

This role will support the Operations Data and Analytics organization by interfacing with IT, operations, and business to guide the design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions for Service and Quality. The Data Systems Analyst will drive business insights, identify technology strategy roadmaps, and develop systems for day-to-day analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive business insights that help grow the business and identify gaps in analytics solutions.
• Identify challenges and opportunities in business processes, and build technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge business processes with technology by developing systems for analytics.
• Gather user feedback to improve business systems and develop new solutions, aiming for standardization.
• Automate and streamline various data processes using programming skills.
• Implement monitors and alerts to improve data quality.
• Aggregate multiple data sets to provide insights to users and management.
• Analyze information to find patterns and solutions in factory and field data.
• Collaborate in cross-functional projects from requirements to testing.
• Develop and implement data analytics and data collection systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant industry
• Strong understanding of SQL, Python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI
• Significant experience as a catalyst in building and improving enterprise-class systems
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data analytics and segmentation techniques
• Experienced with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc)
• Experience in Databricks, Snowflake, Splunk
• Supply Chain and Operations experience
• Experienced in Service and Quality functions with operational processes knowledge in chips, boards, and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant industry, significant experience building and improving enterprise-class systems.

• Data science / ML experience with a proven record of delivering analytics solutions
