This is a full-time Senior Data Analytics Consultant role for individuals passionate about hands-on development in data analytics. You will translate business problems into modern Fabric-based analytics architectures and deliver high-quality Power BI solutions for clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions for client engagements
- Design Data Lakehouses, Warehouses, and custom ETL Pipelines in Fabric to support analytics and reporting
- Develop high-performance Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports
- Write and optimize DAX and SQL queries for complex analytical use cases
- Advise clients on analytics architecture, governance, security, and best practices
- Support deployments, environment strategy, and capacity planning in Fabric
- Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics consulting
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field
- Advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX optimization, deployment patterns)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse)
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with enterprise-scale data
- Understanding of cloud analytics architecture and data infrastructure
- Experience delivering client-facing solutions and managing expectations
- Understanding of Medallion Lakehouse architecture
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with advisory responsibilities
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics consulting
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL)
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance
- Previous consulting or professional services background
- Experience using Python or similar scripting language for structured data analysis
