This Senior Creative role drives the development of talent-led, platform-native, and culturally relevant brand ideas for Gen-Z audiences within HardScope's brand agency. The role requires deep fluency in the creator ecosystem and a strong instinct for building ideas around personalities and cultural trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand ideas built around creators and talent
- Shape creative concepts that leverage personalities, communities, and platform behavior
- Translate ideas into clear creative narratives within pitch decks and presentations
- Write and build client-facing materials personally, in partnership with Strategy
- Develop creative approaches that scale across platforms, formats, and moments
- Partner with Art & Design to visually bring ideas to life
- Oversee creative post-sale and across execution
- Contribute creative thinking that supports HardScope’s original IP slate and franchise development
- Bring cultural awareness, taste, and perspective into every stage of the work
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in creative role within cultural agencies, entertainment companies, brand teams, media companies, creator-led studios, or hybrid environments
- Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, talent-led programming, and platform-native content
- Strong instinct for building ideas around personalities and communities
- Fluency across YouTube, Twitch, social platforms, and live experiences
- Proven experience writing and building client-facing decks and presentations
- Comfortable turning individual ideas into creative approaches and narratives
- Confident client presence
- High level of ownership and accountability
Qualifications
