Senior Content Manager

About This Role

This role involves building a content system from end to end that attracts the right audience, helps them understand their problems, and moves them closer to a buying conversation. The Senior Content Manager will own Chili Piper's content across various formats, driving inbound traffic and influencing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build content that attracts the right people, helps them understand their real problems, and moves them closer to a buying conversation
• Own Chili Piper’s content across POV, education, hero stories, and media formats, from idea to execution to impact
• Own the content roadmap with a clear demand goal behind every piece (articles, posts, guides, courses, landing pages, customer stories)
• Write and ship content, turning product capabilities into content resources for non-technical buyers
• Interview customers and GTM leaders to create impactful content
• Build repeatable formats that compound: series, playbooks, reports, benchmarks
• Track quality of engagement, inbound intent, and pipeline influence to improve content based on conversions
• Work closely with Product Marketing and the VP of Marketing to turn content into real campaigns that drive pipeline

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, growth, or product marketing
• Created content that drove real interest and action, not just views
• Strong writing portfolio: posts, articles, landing pages, guides
• Experience working with sales or demand teams
• Ability to make complex topics simple without dumbing them down
• Demonstrated ability to tie content to business outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, growth, or product marketing

Nice to Have

• Experience with webinars, courses, or media-style content
• Comfortable shipping in Webflow or a CMS
• Understanding of SEO
• Desire to build a LinkedIn presence
