Senior Consultant – Finance Transformation

About This Role

This role is for a Senior Consultant in Finance Transformation, advising C-suite executives to optimize business operations, leverage emerging technologies, and drive strategic initiatives for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to design and implement business changes that drive transformation, functionality, and performance
• Assess and optimize operating models, developing high-performance solutions for operational advancement
• Advise clients on the adoption of emerging technology such as GenAI, Agentic, and advanced analytics
• Understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver high-impact execution
• Leverage design-thinking frameworks to guide clients through the development lifecycle for transformation initiatives
• Provide core fundamental project management reporting to relevant parties
• Project manage and support multiple client delivery workstreams as part of an on-site or hybrid team
• Conduct effective and meaningful meetings internally and externally with clients and peers
• Collaborate with internal and client project team members on communications and readiness activities
• Develop and leverage data-driven insights (dashboards, advanced analytics) to support decision-making and business intelligence
• Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
• Perform subject matter research and business analysis
• Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
• Support practice, thought leadership, and people development
• Assist in developing the next generation of Financial Services offerings from Sia

Requirements

• 3+ years in relevant client facing consulting roles
• Experience in delivery of a wide range of Financial Services solutions with deep industry understanding
• Strong client relationship development and client management skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
• Exposure to emerging technology (AI, GenAI) with ability to augment and accelerate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field (Masters preferred)
• 3+ years in relevant client facing consulting roles
