Senior Commercial HVAC Technician

About This Role

This role involves troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC and light refrigeration systems. The technician will lead service calls, mentor junior technicians, and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Lead service calls and act as a resource for junior technicians
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle emergency service calls
• Maintain accurate service records

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA Universal or Type II certification
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
