Senior Clinical Trial Manager

About This Role

Coordinate clinical trials from start-up to close-out in a multidisciplinary research practice specializing in neurology, psychiatry, pain management, and CNS disorders. This role involves patient recruitment, conducting study visits, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of clinical trials from start-up through close-out
• Screen, recruit, and consent study participants in accordance with protocol and GCP
• Schedule and conduct study visits, assessments, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and timely source documentation, CRFs, and regulatory binders
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and IRB requirements
• Serve as a primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and study participants
• Assist with study start-up activities, including regulatory submissions and site initiation visits
• Track adverse events, protocol deviations, and safety reporting
• Support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, psychology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, Audits, and IRB processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously with attention to detail
• Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and EMRs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or Research Assistant (preferred)
