Senior Attorney Manager

About This Role

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys and legal staff at the largest Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Texas. Oversee all aspects of case handling from intake through trial and/or resolution, ensuring adherence to firm standards and client interests.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests
• Oversee all aspects of case handling, including client meetings, strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, negotiating settlements, filing lawsuits, managing litigation, written discovery, medical records review, motion practice, court hearings, and depositions
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Prepare for trial through conclusion and/or settlement
• Supervise all cases assigned to your team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work

Requirements

• Extensive litigation experience
• Extensive experience building and scaling litigation teams
• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense)
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license
