Senior Associate, Office Leasing

Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the office sector by prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Grow client relationships with top-tier clients in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the office sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines
• Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Cross collaborate with other Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
• Learn the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing)
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of Pennsylvania
• Deep understanding of market cycles and set a short and long-term strategy taking these into consideration
• Highly motivated, bringing a high level of energy and initiative to everything you do
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal quantitative, writing and communication skills
• Well organized and with excellent time management skills
• Prior experience using CRM programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate sales experience
