The Senior Annual Giving Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Annual Giving program, ensuring successful fundraising efforts. This role involves managing donor records, coordinating communications, assisting with events, and providing data support to the Annual Giving team. The position is crucial for raising over $10 million annually to support the university's operating budget.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Annual Giving in generating reports and maintaining data/records
- Run and archive weekly progress reports for overall W&L Fund and key initiatives in Slate and Raising Insights Documents
- Coordinate all Annual Giving solicitations, including appeal codes and reunion appeals
- Coordinate Class Agent/volunteer mailings and manage supplies
- Routinely pull volunteer calling reports and assign volunteers and trustees in Slate
- Create mailing lists, queries, and other tasks within Slate, serving as a point of contact for the Annual Giving team on Slate queries
- Oversee membership in giving societies and W&L Fund acknowledgement processes, coordinating with various departments
- Collaborate with the director to close out and archive FYE reports and launch the new fund year
- Support the director in the production and mailing of the annual University Engagement Calendar
- Serve as a key member of the Annual Giving team and provide administrative support to the Director of Annual Giving
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to gain expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and interact professionally, confidentially, and courteously
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Consistent record of attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- High school diploma. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience

- Experience with data collection tools, forms, surveys, and Raisers Edge/Slate systems
