Responsibilities

• Manage deal pipeline and coordinate with key stakeholders
• Model, value, and evaluate investment opportunities across sectors
• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment materials
• Research new investment ideas and market opportunities
• Execute acquisitions and structure investments

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/credit, or corporate development
• Proven deal experience in completed M&A and/or financing transactions
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in PowerPoint

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/credit, or corporate development

Nice to Have

• Healthcare and/or financial services background
• Leveraged finance, credit investing, and/or private credit experience
