Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor - Health PR

About This Role

FINN Partners is seeking a Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor with a specific focus on health public relations to manage social media activities, client relationships, and influential engagements. This role requires strong writing and storytelling skills to support clients in the pharmaceutical, MedTech, and health advocacy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities and deliverables including content calendars, paid campaigns, and metrics reports.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients and external agency partners.
• Build engagements and relationships with influential voices.
• Analyze content performance and distill data into actionable insights for future strategies.
• Maintain quality control across social media deliverables and ensure client requests are integrated across projects.
• Assist in the management of account administration duties such as paid campaign billing and financial reporting.
• Mentor junior employees interested in the specialty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism or related field
• 3-5 years PR agency experience working on clients in the health space
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Experience with traditional and social media strategies and campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Solid grasp of basic media monitoring tools (Cision, Vocus)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism or related field
• At least 3-5 years of PR agency experience, preferably working on communications campaigns for health clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience in other regulated or complex industries (if not health)
