Lead and inspire a sales team to provide an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring sales targets are met and maintaining high visual and operational standards for the Diesel brand.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards
- Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans
