Selling Account Manager Water & Wastewater Treatment

About This Role

The Selling Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to expand Kroff Chemical's market position within the water and wastewater treatment industry in Ohio and Western PA. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, acquiring new business, and maintaining existing accounts through solution-driven sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative sales strategies to optimize Kroff Chemical's growing position in targeted markets
• Foster and nurture meaningful relationships with customers through a solution-driven, high-value sales and service approach
• Build a block of business through new customer acquisition and provide service and maintenance to existing customers within the target region
• Prospect new customers, opportunities, and markets by generating leads, cold calling, researching organizations, and developing personal marketing efforts
• Increase the value of current customers by developing and presenting quotes and proposals
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Negotiate all contracts and pricing with current and prospective customers
• Work closely with technical staff and R&D to determine unique solutions for each customer
• Analyze market/industry trends to determine new growth sectors or changes in current customer base
• Represent Kroff Chemical with high professionalism in communication and conduct

Requirements

• Previous water treatment experience
• Chemistry or technical background
• Career-driven and goal-oriented sales professional
