Join a leading AM Law 50 national law firm as a highly accomplished Securities Litigation Associate Attorney. This role involves working on sophisticated, high-impact matters for Fortune 100 corporations and cutting-edge technology and life sciences companies.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and complex civil litigation
- Support internal investigations and regulatory defense matters
- Assist with SEC, DOJ, and other regulatory inquiries
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
- Work closely with partners and clients on high-stakes matters involving public companies and emerging technology clients
Requirements
- J.D. from a T14 law school
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in securities litigation, regulatory investigations, or complex civil litigation
- Prior experience at an AM Law 50 firm
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated excellence in written advocacy
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended office, or eligibility to waive in within 3–6 months
- Stable employment history (no tenures under 1.5 years)
