Seasonal Color Crew Foreman

About This Role

Lead a Seasonal Color Crew to create and maintain stunning outdoor displays, overseeing installations from spring blooms to holiday décor while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 team members on seasonal color installations
• Install spring, summer, fall, and winter/holiday plantings and décor
• Prepare planting beds and containers for annuals and perennials
• Plant according to design plans with strong attention to detail
• Perform ongoing bedcare and pruning during the growing season
• Water and care for plant material to ensure healthy growth
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Manage labor hours to meet or stay within budget
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales staff, and management
• Enforce safety policies and company standards on job sites
• Lead by example with Villani Landshapers’ Passion for Detail

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical work up to 12 hours/day in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with insurable driving record required

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, seasonal color, floral design, or similar outdoor work (preferred). Leadership or crew-lead experience strongly preferred.
