Saint Ignatius College Prep is seeking dedicated Science Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year who are committed to Catholic education and developing the whole student. This role involves teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to a talented and motivated student population.
Responsibilities
- Develop the whole student in academics, religious growth, and commitment to others
- Use technology effectively inside and outside the classroom, particularly with iPads
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues
- Commit to working with a diverse student body
Requirements
- Background suitable for teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Understanding of educational theory and practice
- Ability to use technology inside and outside the classroom
- Commitment to working with a diverse student body
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to collaboration
Qualifications
- BA degree in the subject area, MA preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
