About This Role

The Salon Guest Service Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, inquiries, and payments to ensure a smooth and welcoming salon experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and salon services
• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about salon services, pricing, and availability
• Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring the salon schedule is optimized for efficiency
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area, retail display, promotional materials, and refreshments
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, seeking timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience
• Upsell salon products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences

Requirements

• Ability to work weekend day and evening shift
• Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve on the spot
