About This Role

Coordinate Salesforce-related tasks and activities across stakeholders, technical resources, and vendors. This role involves scheduling, tracking, documentation, and communication to support effective Salesforce service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Salesforce-related work requests, tasks, and activities across business stakeholders, technical resources, and vendors
  • Assist with scheduling and facilitation of meetings, working sessions, and reviews related to Salesforce initiatives
  • Track Salesforce tasks, enhancements, defects, and configuration activities using agency-approved tools
  • Maintain project documentation, including task lists, timelines, meeting notes, decisions, and action items
  • Support intake, prioritization, and documentation of Salesforce requests from business users
  • Assist with preparation of status updates and reports related to Salesforce work activity, progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical resources to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations
  • Support coordination of testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness as needed
  • Assist with onboarding, coordination, and task assignment for ad-hoc Salesforce support resources
  • Perform general project coordination and administrative support functions to support effective Salesforce service delivery

Requirements

  • 8+ years professional experience providing project coordination or project support services within information technology initiatives

Qualifications

  • 8+ years professional experience providing project coordination or project support services within information technology initiatives. Preferred experience includes supporting application development, system implementation, or platform support projects, coordinating work between business stakeholders and technical teams, and supporting Salesforce or other CRM/enterprise SaaS platforms.
