Greentech Renewables' Sales Training Program is a 24-month rotational position providing comprehensive training in all facets of the solar distribution business. This role offers exposure to various departmental functions, aiming to develop well-rounded sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of the solar distribution business through online, in-person, and on-the-job training
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with solar customers
- Contribute to goal-planning with the location manager
- Develop sales opportunities with current customers and build rapport
- Provide competitive quotes for daily purchases, monthly buys, and annual contracts
- Fill orders by transferring to fulfillment and communicating delivery dates
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
- Responsibility for counter sales, receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and occasional customer delivery
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
