About This Role

This role will support VPs of Sales in optimizing sales leadership success globally by providing administrative excellence and operational support, ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all required steps and events (e.g., prep calls, internal calls, follow-ups, etc.) are scheduled and completed on time
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process
  • Monitor and track progress through each stage of the sales cycle
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives, management, and internal stakeholders
  • Send reminders and confirmations to ensure attendance and preparedness
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and milestones in CRM or other tracking systems
  • Generate regular reports on sales cycle progress, bottlenecks, and completed actions
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
