Join Suntria as a Sales and Marketing Representative to engage with customers, educate them on renewable energy, and provide excellent customer service. This role focuses on helping clients transition to clean energy sources, contributing significantly to the energy sector and a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth energy assessments for residential clients
• Recommend energy solutions and technologies that meet customer needs
• Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy and energy efficiency
• Develop customized proposals and presentations for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire consultation process
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or general labor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or general labor
