Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist – Public Sector

About This Role

This role supports and expands High Criteria's footprint in government and public-sector markets through sales and marketing operations. The specialist will focus on supporting long-cycle government sales efforts, partner enablement, and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Support government and public-sector market development efforts
• Maintain and grow relationships with dealers, integrators, technology partners, and public-sector stakeholders
• Assist with outreach strategies aligned to long-cycle government sales
• Represent Liberty Recording at industry events and trade shows
• Ensure consistent follow-through across active initiatives
• Support partner-facing needs, including product demonstrations and sales collateral coordination
• Serve as a coordination point for sales enablement materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of shared information
• Assist with coordination of website content updates, blog and newsletter publishing
• Manage LinkedIn presence and event/trade show materials

Requirements

• Marketing or B2B sales experience in commercial AV, government, or public-sector markets (preferably law/judicial)
• Experience working in niche, relationship-driven markets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. approximately once per month

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or B2B sales in commercial AV, government, or public-sector markets, particularly within courts, municipalities, and law enforcement. Experience working in niche, relationship-driven markets.
