Sales Manager - Legal Services

About This Role

Drive sales growth for legal services by identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a pipeline of viable opportunities. The role requires a hunter mentality to establish new territories and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Meet and exceed daily call, weekly meetings and closed net new logos
• Develop detailed strategic sales plans to demonstrate how to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
• Identify and qualify opportunities
• Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manages the pipeline
• Provide accurate forecasts, customer, and market intelligence to management and business leadership and to the account team
• Understand and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Proxiio services & products
• Identify and communicate effectively with executives or other high-level officials within a customer's organization
• Maintain accurate and up to date information for each opportunity in company CRM

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience
• Experience managing complex sales processes involving other key stakeholders
• Experience with CRM, Zoom Info and Westlaw software
• Ability to use CRM, Zoom Info and Westlaw for sales purposes

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in sales with experience managing complex sales processes

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of e-discovery, managed doc review, cyber incident response and contract management
• Experience working in an LPO environment
