About This Role

This role drives revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic alignment for Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions within Enavate's existing client base and prospects. This leader will personally drive Azure sales, establish a scalable sales motion, and eventually build and lead a dedicated sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Azure services and solutions
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive go-to-market initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and profitability goals for the Azure business unit
  • Own and drive lead generation efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline and proactive outreach
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals with expertise in Azure and Modern Workplace
  • Lead ongoing training and upskilling for the sales team
  • Focus on SMB customers as the primary market segment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Azure and Modern Workplace
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and other strategic partners to maximize joint opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technology sales leadership
  • 5+ years focused on cloud solutions (Azure preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SMB environments
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace services, pricing models, and competitive positioning
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years in technology sales leadership, with at least 5 years focused on cloud solutions (Azure preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SMB environments.
