About This Role

This Entry-Level Sales Apprentice role provides direct mentorship from the company President, focusing on hands-on experience in digital marketing sales within the local business community. You will learn the full sales cycle and contribute to real initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presenting solutions, and closing
• Understand how value-based selling works in a digital services environment
• Observe and participate in real sales conversations and follow-ups
• Learn how to communicate with business owners and decision-makers
• Understand how to identify client needs and align solutions appropriately
• Support relationship-building efforts that lead to long-term partnerships
• Assist with lead research, outreach preparation, and opportunity tracking
• Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Support ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns
• Learn how services like SEO, social media management, content creation, websites, and security are sold
