Lead sales enablement and proposal content creation for Concentrix's Performance Marketing Group. Develop content strategies, create compelling sales materials, and manage proposal responses to drive new business development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with content strategy development for Marketing Solutions division
- Create content supporting the positioning of the Performance Marketing Solutions division
- Develop thought leadership content for the MS division and specific business use cases
- Create content to support the selling and promotion of capabilities and products
- Create and manage proposals/responses for new business development
- Maintain a library of approved content for sales enablement, thought leadership, and proposals
- Develop communication material defining product offerings, value, and key differentiators
- Represent Performance Marketing Solutions products and capabilities through collaboration and client engagement
- Collaborate with Concentrix teams to develop and maintain product, sales enablement, and proposal content
- Maintain understanding of Concentrix capabilities and product offerings
- Craft client response documents (presentations, proposals, etc.) aligning Concentrix offerings to client needs
Requirements
- Strong writing and presentation development skills
- Domain experience in marketing communication
- Ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents
- Ability to adapt written and verbal communication styles
- Ability to discern appropriate communication detail and delivery methods
- Advanced problem-solving using an analytics approach
- Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and education
- 5+ years of related experience in sales enablement, content, or proposal development
