Carpool Logistics is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to own the end-to-end development of our sales organization. This role combines sales enablement, training, and recruiting support to ensure we hire the right talent and set them up for long-term success. This individual will work closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Marketing to build scalable onboarding programs, ongoing training curriculum, and structured hiring processes that accelerate ramp time and improve performance across the company.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Build and maintain ongoing training curriculum for all sales roles, including sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and best-practice documentation
- Partner with sales leadership to reinforce sales processes, messaging, and execution
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions, identify skill gaps and performance trends, and adjust training accordingly
- Partner with leadership to define ideal candidate profiles for sales and revenue roles
- Support recruiting efforts through structured interview guides, scorecards, and role-play evaluations
- Participate in candidate interviews and hiring decisions as a subject-matter expert
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Track key enablement metrics such as ramp time, training completion, and performance trends
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve hiring and training programs and document processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in sales enablement, sales training, recruiting, sales operations, or related roles
- Experience working directly with sales teams in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, buyer journeys, and consultative selling
- Experience building training programs, onboarding materials, or sales playbooks
- Comfort participating in interviews and evaluating sales talent
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, recruiting, sales operations, or related roles
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, automotive, transportation, or adjacent industries
- Former sales, sales leadership, or sales operations background
