This role is for a Sales Driven Recruiting Specialist focused on connecting healthcare professionals with facilities nationwide. The specialist will prospect, interview, and advise healthcare travelers, playing a key role in successful placements and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect healthcare professionals using calls, texts, emails, and social media
- Interview and qualify Travelers to match them with assignments
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements
- Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout each assignment
- Advise Travelers by aligning pay and assignments with their goals

Requirements
- 6+ months experience in a fast-paced sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and goals
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships
- Proven ability to persuade, influence, and close
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general business applications
