About This Role

This role is for a Sales Driven Recruiting Specialist focused on connecting healthcare professionals with facilities nationwide. The specialist will prospect, interview, and advise healthcare travelers, playing a key role in successful placements and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect healthcare professionals using calls, texts, emails, and social media
  • Interview and qualify Travelers to match them with assignments
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements
  • Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout each assignment
  • Advise Travelers by aligning pay and assignments with their goals

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in a fast-paced sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and goals
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Proven ability to persuade, influence, and close
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general business applications

Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience in a fast-paced sales role
