The Sales Delivery Specialist facilitates an engaging and fun customer experience for RV buyers, guiding them through the delivery process and teaching them how to utilize their RV. This role also involves showcasing and coordinating the installation of RV accessories.
Responsibilities
- Assist Delivery Coordinators in hosting customers on delivery day, creating an engaging and fun experience
- Become an RV expert and teach customers how to fully utilize their RV
- Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase needed RV accessories and coordinate their installation
- Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales, and technicians to locate and identify needed parts and accessories
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience is required. Sales experience is highly desired.
