About This Role

This role is for a driven Sales Business Development professional who will prospect new business opportunities, engage clients, and present value-based financial solutions to help them achieve financial security.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities
• Running discovery calls and uncovering real pain points
• Presenting clear, value-based solutions
• Moving deals from first conversation to closed client
• Consistently hitting activity and revenue targets
• Generating and managing leads
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and present relevant solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus
