This role involves contacting prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and text to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team, contributing directly to sales success.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for the sales team
• Handle internet inquiries
• Manage incoming phone leads ("Phone Ups")
• Follow up with customers who recently visited the dealership
• Follow up on previous leads

• Excellent phone and communication skills
