Responsibilities

• Prospect for and generate leads using a unique platform targeting qualified candidates
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs
• Present and explain tailored life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions
• Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably within insurance or financial services)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications
