Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Living

About This Role

This role involves generating and managing leads for a senior living community, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the transition process. The director will also work on strategic marketing plans and achieve budgeted occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals
• Work with the team to execute events to draw prospects to the community
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities
• Create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing or sales experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (physical and TB Tests)

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
• 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred)
