About This Role

The Sales Analyst will support revenue growth in the casino and gaming market through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role optimizes go-to-market strategy and improves sales execution by working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute market analysis and segmentation for the gaming vertical, identifying opportunities and ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor, maintain, and execute compliance functions such as gaming registrations for various tribes, municipalities, and states.
  • Analyze sales performance across casino and gaming accounts, including pipeline health, win/loss trends, deal velocity, and revenue attainment.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, quotas, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to define account prioritization and go-to-market strategy.
  • Serve as connection point between Gaming Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly insights to sales leadership with clear recommendations.
  • Segment casino customers by size, region, ownership group, and property type to identify whitespace and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support short- and long-term revenue forecasting for the casino vertical.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to improve CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, finance, or business analysis
  • Strong understanding of the Casino marketplace including gaming registration process / requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, finance, or business analysis

Nice to Have

  • Experience in streaming media, sports, hospitality, gaming, or casino-related industries
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based selling
  • Familiarity with subscription, licensing, or enterprise sales models
  • SQL experience or willingness to learn
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
