RV Sales Coordinator

About This Role

The RV Sales Coordinator is a key supportive role for the sales team, providing administrative assistance and ensuring accurate deal reviews. This position requires strong organization and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to the sales team
• Order supplies and equipment for the store as needed
• Communicate with customers on post-sale follow-up and send out GM letters
• Review deals prior to OM to assist in checking for accuracy
• Answer phones and greet incoming customers
• Process coach logs, new unit and transfer arrivals
• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs
• Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments and assist with inventory management
• Plan and implement product presentations to include signage and pricing
• Promptly display new products and dispose of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program

Requirements

• Two years of Coordinator experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and all Microsoft programs
• Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management

Qualifications

• Two years of Coordinator experience

Nice to Have

• Familiarity or general knowledge of RV industry
