Manage a team of route delivery drivers, maintain customer relationships, and ensure inventory accountability. This role involves meeting route sales quotas and selling additional products and services within a linen rental and commercial laundry company.
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of route delivery salesmen/route drivers and their fleet of delivery trucks
- Maintain relationships with established customers by assessing and servicing their needs on a daily basis
- Be responsible for inventory accountability, check in, and route sales quotas
- Sell additional products and services
- Meet sales goals
- Be responsible for inventory replacement
- Be responsible for vehicle maintenance
Requirements
- Stable work history with 2 years of Route Sales Delivery experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to load, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent driving record
- Supervisory experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of Route Sales Delivery experience and supervisory experience
