Route Driver - CDL Class B

About This Role

Manage a local route as a Sales & Service Representative, driving customer relationships and providing essential environmental services while earning competitive compensation and contributing to a positive environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups
• Identify opportunities, recommend services, and boost earnings through performance
• Plan efficient routes, prioritize safety, and represent Crystal Clean professionally

Requirements

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
