This role involves acting as a local point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through roof restoration, insurance processes, and available options. It's an opportunity to build market presence and drive income growth within the Central Texas region.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned territories and generate leads
• Build and manage your own homeowner pipeline
• Oversee roof inspections and assist customers with claims
• Coordinate with project managers for on-time completion

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must own a vehicle and ladder (or be open to getting one)
• Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and working outdoors

Nice to Have

• Previous sales, construction, or service experience
• Self-motivated with strong organization skills
