RN Program Manager

About This Role

Manage facility operations and supervise nursing and clinical staff at Intermountain Hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care across New Start, Journeys, and East programs for patients ranging from twelve years old through geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for facility operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise nursing and clinical staff
• Ensure patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner
• Supervise care of patients ranging in age from twelve through geriatrics
• Implement program policies and procedures and act as a resource to staff
• Ensure program complies with JCAHO, HCFA, state and patient rights regulatory standards
• Conduct and maintain records of monthly program meetings
• Assign staff according to patient needs and document assignments
• Evaluate program effectiveness and formulate plans for improvement
• Develop staffing schedules in accordance with patient needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum of three (3) years of RN Nursing experience
• Currently licensed to practice by the Idaho State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification
