The Nurse Recruiter is responsible for actively seeking, screening, and interviewing candidates for nursing positions within Highland Hospital to ensure qualified nurses are available to provide skilled and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Outreach and source candidates to build an applicant pool for nursing positions
- Screen and interview candidates for nursing roles
- Facilitate the entire interview process for nurse candidates
- Assure regulatory compliance throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- BS in nursing
- Minimum of 3 years as clinical nurse
- Current NYS RN license
Qualifications
- BS in nursing required
- Minimum of 3 years as clinical nurse; progressive leadership preferred
Nice to Have
- Progressive leadership experience
- Previous interviewing experience
