Provide nursing care and supervision to Home Caregivers and C.N.A.s for home care Clients in their neighborhoods, working flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Work from home and visit home care Clients when needed
- Provide supervision to Home Caregivers and C.N.A.s
- Visit Clients in their own neighborhoods (usually close to Brookfield Campus)
- Provide nursing care under the licensure of our Home Care Division (Cantata At Home & Take 2)
Requirements
- Current RN Illinois Licensure
- Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Automobile
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a Home Care Nurse or Home Health Care/Hospice Nurse
