About This Role

The RN - Critical Care position at Incredible Health involves rapidly assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, managing life-support systems, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal patient outcomes in high-acuity critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred

Nice to Have

• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU)
• ACLS certification
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
