RF Calibration Technician

About This Role

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments by performing RF calibration of test equipment and generating reports in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Sensors, and other related equipment)
• Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards
• Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment
• Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise

Requirements

• Proven calibration work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in RF, K3, K4, or AC/DC metrology
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status

Qualifications

• Proven calibration work experience

Nice to Have

• DOD, PMEL, or Military calibration background
