Returns Processor

About This Role

This role focuses on processing returned medical devices, ensuring they are properly recorded, triaged, and prepared for further processing. The Returns Processor works closely with a team to manage incoming inventory and support various tasks related to device returns.

Responsibilities

• Organize and label returned packages
• Open returned packages, sort contents, and clean/disinfect used devices
• Investigate product history and status using existing tools
• Perform simple data entry
• Maintain inventory levels of materials used in returns processing
• Disassemble, scrap, and recycle returned product

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly
• Ability to work with people, or alone
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, handle a large number of packages, and open returned boxes
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with basic office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, Docs, etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Comfortable in a lab setting, and using basic electrical equipment, computer equipment, and hand tools
