This role focuses on processing returned medical devices, ensuring they are properly recorded, triaged, and prepared for further processing. The Returns Processor works closely with a team to manage incoming inventory and support various tasks related to device returns.
Responsibilities
- Organize and label returned packages
- Open returned packages, sort contents, and clean/disinfect used devices
- Investigate product history and status using existing tools
- Perform simple data entry
- Maintain inventory levels of materials used in returns processing
- Disassemble, scrap, and recycle returned product
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn new technical skills quickly
- Ability to work with people, or alone
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, handle a large number of packages, and open returned boxes
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with basic office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Comfortable in a lab setting, and using basic electrical equipment, computer equipment, and hand tools
