About This Role

This role involves optimizing the shopping experience and maximizing retail sales by guiding customers on interior design, selling home furnishing solutions, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring correct order fulfillment. This position is also responsible for overseeing daily store operations and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on layout, color, style, and accessories for residential and business customers using interior design knowledge
  • Utilize specialized knowledge to sell home furnishing solutions, including kitchens, bath, and storage systems
  • Build customer relationships to identify needs and provide support throughout the sales process
  • Apply basic measurement techniques and planning knowledge to ensure correct customer orders
  • Drive repeat visitation by ensuring a customer-centric sales team focused on shopping experience and brand
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and/or closing duties
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment by managing escalated customer issues, injuries, and emergency protocols
  • Partner with Safety & Security to adhere to policies, procedures, and audits for inventory, safety, and cash handling
  • Implement working routines, competence development, and follow-up on Commercial Review and Compliance (ASR)
  • Perform CMP goods flow and customer handout operations efficiently using available systems and tools

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in retail selling
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience leading change initiatives and building new programs in a retail space environment
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (training provided)

Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience, previous retail selling experience, experience in a consultative sales environment, experience leading change initiatives and building new programs in a retail space environment.
