Manage all aspects of retail store operations, including supervising associates, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service for a hardware store.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising store associates
- Oversee merchandising activities
- Attract and develop talent
- Ensure great customer service
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, and twisting
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ retail experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop others
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ retail experience
