This role is for a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Providence Living Center in Topeka, KS. You will provide total care for residents, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to a dynamic clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide total care for residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care
- Perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card
- Visit with residents and reposition as required
- Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight
- Conduct range of motion as needed
- Observe and report any change in resident condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPPA requirements and facility policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
Qualifications
- Entry level with preferred experience in geriatric nursing facilities

- Experience in a geriatric nursing facility
