Provide restorative treatment to geriatric patients to improve or maintain their function. Collaborate with the therapy team and nursing staff to ensure cohesive, quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide restorative treatment to a full caseload of patients to improve or maintain function
- Perform restorative and exercise tasks on patients as delegated by a therapy clinician
- Develop treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum potential
- Work with the therapy team and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care
- Provide quality documentation as required
Requirements
- Current CNA license in good standing
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide verbal and written documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in long-term healthcare preferred
