Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members during shifts at Shake Shack, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift
- Ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed during a shift
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- Assist with operational support functions (i.e., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory)
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
